At Luz de Esperanza, a non-profit based in Barrio 31 (Buenos Aires), we believe that dignified work is the essential driver for independence. Our project focuses on providing a stable environment for individuals from the "Hogares de Cristo" network undergoing comprehensive treatment for substance abuse.
According to our 2025 Impact Report, this year we achieved a historic milestone where participant retention exceeded turnover for the first time, reaching a 76% workplace attendance rate. Your donation will sustain this high-impact model that combines:
