FCEN Scholarship and Infrastructure Support Program “Matt Travizano”
Mat Travizano, who was a Physics student at our Faculty, passed away in September 2025 in the EEUU.
Travizano was the founder of Grandata, a globally successful data intelligence company, and a mentor to many other entrepreneurs. He always expressed his affection for the Faculty, contributed to it, and conveyed his desire to continue supporting the education of scholarship students in the exact and natural sciences, so essential for our country.
His family and friends, in gratitude to the institution that shaped Travizano and in the same spirit he embodied, have proposed the creation of this program to support the Faculty through undergraduate and graduate scholarships, as well as improvements to its infrastructure.
