Fundación Potenciar Solidario supports social organizations throughout the country in all it’s relevant aspects, in the long-term and in a free, volunteer-based scheme, to help their sustainable growth and with a social focus for the dignity of each person.
MISSION
- Collaborate so that all men and women in situations of greater vulnerability, achieve the dignity that corresponds to each human person in all its dimensions with a focus on the following segments throughout the Argentine Republic:
- the childhood that lives under inappropriate conditions of human dignity
- the old age that lives under inappropriate conditions of human dignity
- people with diseases, disabilities or handicapped
- To coordinate the solidarity of social organizations, people and institutions in Argentina so that the social task grows reaching more vulnerable people and in a better ways, it is done in a sustainable way in the long term and with a greater social focus.
- Develop alliances with social organizations in direct contact with the most vulnerable people, who are specialists in their social issues to collaborate together for the dignity of each person, underpinning management, communication, volunteering and funding. Our approach is differential because it is focused on the dignity of people, being a comprehensive, long-term and free, volunteer-based scheme. We currently support more than 250 social organizations throughout the country that reach more than 300.000.
PROGRAMS
Boosted NGO’s
Objective: Support social organizations in a comprehensive and evolutionary process in Management, Communication, Volunteering and Funding issues to promote sustainable growth with a social focus in each one.
Description: Annual program - in person and online - of training (workshops), support (weekly advice on issues seen in the training) and personalized support (management of donations, administrative support, visits).
Target population: All social organizations that join the support of the Potenciar Solidario Foundation (called Boosted NGOs - more than 240).
Where takes place: The whole country (through in person and virtual training and support).
Boost NGO Leaders
Objective: Support the leaders of social organizations to improve their leadership skills and personal quality of life.
Description: Training in personal leadership (workshops, IAE BS), Networks in action (Vistage) and recognition (tickets for artistic and sports shows) are offered in person and online during the program.
Target population: The social leaders of Boosted NGO’s [more than 90 social leaders].
Where takes place: The whole country (through in person and virtual training and support).
Boost common CMR & ERP for NGO's
Objective: Offering Boosted NGO’s a platform for comprehensive management based on CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Oracle Netsuite) systems that allow for sustainable growth with a social focus for each one.
Description: Support during the 4 stages of each platform (Preparation, Configuration, Implementation and Evolution) through training, support and face-to-face and virtual advice.
Target population: All Boosted NGOs that need to incorporate systems to continue it’s social growth. [LAZOS: 20 NGO / LOGROS: 30 NGO].
Where takes place: The whole country (through in person and virtual training and support).
Boost NGO Networks
Objective: Identify, develop and promote common projects for social organizations members of the network under a common social objective (theme, geography, segment of people).
Description: Coordinate meeting spaces under a common network methodology to generate knowledge and trust, share common issues, detect common projects and progress on them.
Target population: all Boosted NGOs are eligible to participate in a network [more than 70 NGO members in 2020].
Where takes place: The whole country (through in person and virtual training and support).

Don Arte Argentina - Educación para un futuro brillante
The Education for a Bright Future project: aims to support the school trajectories of primary level students with initial literacy programs designed especially for students in vulnerable contexts, including other workshops that stimulate their interests and development. By joining this program with a scholarship, you will be doing more than just supporting them in their studies, you will be showing them that they are important!

Fundación Más Humanidad
Fundación Más Humanidad has been working for over 10 years to eradicate extreme poverty in Argentina, starting with those communities where child malnutrition is present and working with each child and their his/her family using a comprehensive and holistic approach, going beyond nutrition and helping members of the family gain skills and knowledge so that they can acquire a proper job and improve their quality of life.

Fiorire Foundation: Expansion of Physical Space (Bathrooms and Changing Rooms)
Fiorire Foundation opened its doors in 2014. An educational and rehabilitation project where a team specialized in neuromotor disabilities receives children with various neurological disorders, both in its Therapeutic Educational Center and in the Neuropediatric Rehabilitation Center. The vertiginous growth and the warm reception of the project by the community, pushed Fiorire to expand and adapt its physical spaces and the proposal according to the needs of the growth of the project.
