Math Dept. Campaign
The Department of Mathematics at the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires is a hub for teaching and research, playing a central role in the country’s scientific education. Every year, over 5,000 students from all degree programs at the Faculty take courses taught by our Department, including students in our Mathematics and Data Science undergraduate and teaching programs.
We firmly believe that science and education are fundamental pillars for the country's development, and that requires young people with a strong scientific foundation: the country needs science, and science needs mathematics.
To sustain and improve our work, we need resources. We aim to improve and maintain our spaces and equipment so our faculty can work under better conditions and fully dedicate themselves to sharing their passion with students.
