As a result of spontaneous donations that sought to contribute to infrastructure improvements in the FCEN-UBA, in 2018 a permanent fund for receiving donations and contributions was consolidated, managed by FUNDACEN, in order to supplement or carry out in its entirety building works specific, beyond the daily tasks of adaptation or repair of infrastructure that are solved regularly with own resources of the FCEN-UBA. As a result of this initiative, in May 2019 the renovation of the FCEN Central Hall (Aula Magna) of Building No. I was completed.
