Alfarcito is an Ecclesial Center of the Archdiocese of Salta that supports the human development of the inhabitants of the Quebrada del Toro and the surrounding mountain areas of the Rosario de Lerma Department, Salta. Its doors are open to all those who contribute their talent and spirit of service from different parts of the province, the country, and the world. We promote human development through education.

Since 2009, the permanent educational project “Mountain Boarding School” has been in operation. It currently serves 106 students who stay at the facilities from Monday to Friday, while others remain from Monday to Monday, due to long distances and limited access to their home communities.

The institution has a total staff of 57 collaborators, including teachers and academic and non-academic support personnel.
