BIOCULTURAL CORRIDORS
Through initiatives such as environmental education, participatory mapping, ecological surveys and restoration activities, our work seeks to raise awareness about the river basin and its value as natural and cultural heritage, focusing in particular on the wetlands in Santa Catalina and Ciudad Evita. Consequently, our proposal understands cultural and biodiversity elements present in the basin as being intrinsically connected to one another: a biocultural corridor for life and culture alike.
