Fundación Julio Bocca
Summary of the Julio Bocca Foundation's Mission and Areas
The Julio Bocca Foundation is dedicated to providing excellent artistic training and development opportunities through several interconnected areas.
The School of Musical Theater and Dance offers high-quality private academic support across various disciplines. Additionally, the foundation runs Public Social Programs, Workshops, and Scholarships designed to provide vulnerable students access to top-tier artistic education, fostering their professional and individual growth. These programs include classical and contemporary dance classes for young people aged 7 to 18, and 100% scholarships for Musical Theater, Classical Dance, and Urban Rhythms for young adults aged 18 to 30, all aimed at encouraging artistic exploration in a safe environment. Both programs operate in Argentina but are open to students from across Latin America and abroad.
The Homologated Projects are an innovative program that monitors and standardizes the progress of 1500 students across the Americas through a virtual network, certifying their skill levels.
The Musical Theater & Dance Ballet, comprising advanced students, performs solidarity actions for non-profit organizations, using art as a means to generate resources and provide altruistic support.
Finally, the foundation sustains its operations through Fundraising Programs, including direct international donations and the "Apadrinarte" (Sponsor Art) program, which allows sponsors to cover the needs of individual students aged 7 to 30 throughout their training. They also have the "Dance in Vulnerable Spaces" program.
