- The organization strives towards transparency and professional conduct in all its practices and processes. The following criteria are evaluated:
- The membership and involvement of the Board of Directors.
- The publication and diffusion of institutional information, including finances and programs.
- Accountability to the public community and to organization’s donors in particular.
- Expenditure composition: The majority of financial resources placed in program costs, rather than administrative.
