Investing in their future

Every year in Argentina, thousands of children drop out of school because their families can’t provide for their needs, making it almost impossible for them to escape the cycle of poverty. Every day at Fundación Tzedaká we see boys and girls at risk of dropping out due to poor performance resulting from nutritional deficiencies, lack of encouragement and a failure to monitor their physical and educational development. Keeping these children well-fed, healthy and in school is the only way to change their fate and create a better future for their families.

You may find that the donation box is pre-populated with an amount of $1,200, which would cover a child’s education for a full year. Please be aware that you can change it to any amount you want, larger or smaller. All donations are greatly appreciated.

All over the country, Fundación Tzedaká provides assistance to 9,000 people living under the poverty line, through health, education, food, housing, and old age and child protection programs. Furthermore, it extends protection to the Argentine society through the donation of medicines to public hospitals, joint work with institutions such as Cáritas or the Argentine Catholic University, and support to national pediatric hospitals Garrahan and Ricardo Gutiérrez.

  • Through its Communitarian Bank of Medicines, every month 2,500 people receive the medicines necessary to keep them alive.
