Why Argentina?

Tulane MBA students collaborate with Argentine organizations

Students from Tulane University´s Master in Business Administration program, through Insight Argentina, the international volunteer program of HelpArgentina, will be providing advice and support to social organizations in Argentina.

During this semester, more than 50 students will study projects and specific needs of four Argentine organizations, seeking to suggest improvements and use their knowledge to strengthen their work. The organizations are: Red Argentina para la Cooperación Internacional; Reciduca; Fundapaz y CILSA.

Through this program, Tulane University seeks to provide students with opportunities to work in specific projects so that they can gain experience and that this effort is directed towards social projects in our country. HelpArgentina collaborated in the design of the program and in the identification of the organizations and projects, and will be coordinating the work. It is very important to have the support of qualified and committed people to collaborate with in the continuous improvement of these organizations' work.

For HelpArgentina, it is very important to work on this type of initiatives with foreign universities. In addition to Tulane University, volunteer activities in Argentina have been coordinated with New York University and the Unviersity of Virginia.
