Building bridges, lending hands

"When my brother came by yesterday, he told me that they weren't able to come but that my cousins wanted to donate. They prepared an envelope and filled out HelpArgentina's donation form. When my 7 year old son came in, he said he also wanted to donate and he took out $5 from his savings and gave it to me to add to the amount his cousins were donating." (Alejandra)  

  Help doesen't recognize frontiers

Any time is the right time!

"While sharing a delicious cup of tea, we talked about problems with the education system in Argentina and HelpArgentina's mission. In addition to the money we raised, the important thing was being able to share with everyone the everyday positive impact the Foundation has on the community. One of the invited guests sent a message saying ‘I'm happy that I was able to add my two cents' and I think that sums up pretty nicely our breakfast of solidarity!" (Mercedes) 

Acasuso, Cañas, Moyá and Ferrero signed up for a HelpArgentina Night. For two days, The Battle of the Legions had fundraising activities in benefit of HelpArgentina, who gave the all the money raised to help the fight against infant malnutrition. Diego Armando Maradona y Claudio Caniggia were invited special guests.   

"I enjoyed every minute of the Night. I was seated at a table near the entrance and with every new person who entered I just got more and more excited. It was a wonderful experience to bring together so many people from all over the world all for the same cause. I learned a lot from my experience hosting a Night, but more than anything I learned that it can be easy to help. Although my Night didn't solve any specific social problem, little by little when we give a hand to a cause we love, we change the world." (Annie)
