Pillars for Growth

Pillars for Growth
Subject Area: Institutional Development

Location: San Salvador de Jujuy

Description: The purpose of Pillars for Growth Program is to help social organizations to answer 5 basic but strategic questions: Where we are going?, What is our contribution to the community? Where should we focus our scarce resources to get maximum results?, How should we measure our results?, What is our plan for growth?

The organizations answer these questions in a process developed by an expert facilitator in participative planning and management skills.

One of the 40 social organizations that expect to do the program is The Association for the Protection of the Paralyzed (A.P.PA.CE.), a non-profit organization that has been working with disabled people of all ages for 23 years. They work in San Salvador de Jujuy, one of the cities with most needs in our northwest region.

Budget: AR$ 9.540 (US$ 3,000) includes travel expenses and lodging for the facilitator
